Late last night, the MUD bill completed the Second Stage in the Dail. This means that a committee will be formed to discuss it over the summer and hopefully get it ready for a vote when they return in October. It’s a major milestone on it’s way to becoming law so we’re obviously delighted.

This is good news. Finally seems to be getting somewhere. Can individuals have a say at this stage.is this group involved in discussions over the summer?

I will be presenting a local radio programme shortly on management companies etc and I would like to get started with research/getting interviewes etc asap.

Hi guys,
At the last Network meeting, I mentioned I wanted to remove agent as company secretary and a few of the members advised a B10 form from CRO, agreement by directors to remove secretary, and completion of form would mean changes could be made and a new secretary appointed.
I contacted CRO to assist with the form (not very user friendly in my opinion) and I was told “it is not that simple”, firstly memos will say if secretary can be removed, then EGM would have to be called. Present secretary must be written to told his postion is to be replaced and invited to the meeting. not sure where is best to post, is there anyone actually using this forum?
