Hi Simon,
We didn’t organise or host this seminar, you’ll need to contact Sonia directly and ask her if she has any in Cork.
Since the MUD Act came into law, every management company AGM must include a time for the directors to show the upcoming budget and let the owners vote on it. If a high percentage of owners are unhappy, they can reject it and ask the directors to propose a new budget.

Simon
I’m happy to run arranged seminars around the country where there are reasonable levels of interest. I will be presenting in a series of locations (including Cork) in a couple of months time.
