Some interesting points to bear in mind. However, what channels remain if a debt collection solicitor cannot find a landlord (so cannot deliver legal proceedings by registered post to him/her) of a property who fails to pay his service charges?

Good synopsis, however, however we recently took a case to the DC, got the decree by consent, however the judge woud not permit interest to be charged and limited costs to the "Mid scale".

In the final analysis the debtors bill will be spread over everyones management charges.
